Biography
Figura4 were born in February 2011 from an idea of both Simone Andruccioli and Luca Virga. A few time later, they meet independent singer and composer Stefano Perilli, through common contacts. The word that soon joins the three in their exchanges of opinion is "Crossover". They take advantage of a piece already written by Stefano and they start a collaboration to create their first song "Non sono nato a Marzi", as a proof of the functionality of the project. This first unpublished song motivates the components to follow this way, with an enthusiasm that goes beyond their expectations. The line-up is completed with Alex Masini's incoming; Simone has already played with him in other bands. Figura4 immediately start composing unpublished songs and after a while they release their 5 tracks self-produced and self-recorded EP "Una Brutta Piega". They played it in their first Live on May the 14th 2011. Since then, the band has got various approvals. They claim one EP, one album called "Il Paese delle Scimmie" (recorded and released in 2012), the official videoclip of their song "Monkey Paradise", the presence in some compilations and the winning of some contests dedicated to emerging bands. In 2014 they begin recording their second album "Figura4". At work done Luca leaves the band, but he continues helping the others before the publication, occurred in February 2015. Figura4 are determined to pursuing the project by choosing three-members suitable solutions and by creating an innovative essential sound.
